I got there really early and was a little stressed when I got there, Lynn the receptionist was incredible, she put me at ease and talked to me about the products and the time went by fast as I waited for my appointment. The audiologist, put everything he had into making sure I didn’t sound like a Tiny robot when I talked. For those of you who have had experience with hearing aids you know that is frustrating. He set my hearing aids up to where I sound normal and everything around me sounds normal. So thankful for his time and patience. You can tell he likes what he does!

I strongly recommend Alabama Hearing Centers. I was totally new to hearing aids, and they were infinitely patient, and worked with me every step of the way. They helped me with hearing test, fit (including custom ear buds), product choice, connection to television, the Starkey app, cleaning and maintenance, and most importantly, tweaked these hearing aids until they sounded just right. I will be bringing a neighbor over to AHC, because he is not happy with the service he is getting in Huntsville.

He helped me years ago when he worked with another company. When he left the company the company’s customer service went in the toilet.
